"Lisa has really helped me make changes in my life that I thought were impossible. I started first with yoga, which significantly reduced my stress level daily as I have 2 special needs children and some days by 8 am I was mentally already wiped out. Then I signed up with her for help as a health and life coach. We transitioned my focus on losing weight. Soon into our sessions, I came to realize that my larger issue was emotional and over eating which is why I was a yo yo dieter. She knew from our conversations that this was the root of my problem but let me discern to discover this on my own. Lisa has helped give me techniques to make changes on how I eat and view food. She is an excellent coach bringing articles, videos and questions that get you to dig deeper into why you have certain issues unresolved. I'm amazed at how she is able to get to the root of the problem which is the only way to work on it. I have to admit I was skeptical at first if I could really be helped and make changes. But my sessions turned out to be stocked full of new ways to deal with my issues. I would highly recommend Lisa to you if you want to change your life for a better life."
