Powerful new vitamin "G"

I'd like to talk to you today about a powerful new vitamin I like to call Vitamin "G". I've been taking a whole lot of it lately and it truly is life transforming. For most people reconnecting with the earth usually means camping, hiking, gardening, going to the beach, or pursuing some other activity that returns us - in body and soul- to the heart of Nature.

The reconnection I'm talking about is something different.

By reconnection I mean taking off your shoes and socks and sitting, standing, or walking barefoot on the ground. Something that is absolutely free and available (of course where safe and comfortable).

This reconnection is a process known as "earthing" or "grounding". A bit woo woo for some and yet you will hear any electrician speak of grounding as the process of connecting equipment and appliances to the earth to protect against shocks, shorts and interference.

When applied to us as humans many forget that we too are electrical beings. Getting your "Vitamin G" naturally protects the body's delicate bioelectrical circuits against interference as well. Think of when you are wired up for an annual EKG test. They are checking an electrical circuit.

Grounding yourself remedies any electrical instability or electron deficiency you may never even knew you had. It refills and recharges your body with something you never knew you were missing or needed.

One of the best examples of this concerns athletes. Athletes operate at the most intense level of physical performance. One such is the Tour de France. Most of these athletes experience sickness, tendonitis, and poor sleep due to the extreme mental and physical stress of the race. In 2003, 2005 and 2007 the American team chose to ground daily after their competition. They reported better sleep, significantly less illness, practically no tendonitis and faster healing of injuries.

I encourage you to do your own research. I am so grateful that I was introduced to this practice many years ago. While the weather is getting colder here in North Florida you'll still find me walking the beach barefoot with my pants rolled up and a nice warm sweatshirt on.

From a personal standpoint all I can share is that it certainly lines up with my desire for strength, vibrancy and vitality as I enter in to the latter part of my 50's,

I really can tell when I miss a few days in a row!

I encourage you to discover how easy it is to reconnect with creation and feel better!!

Sending love.

Lisa
